WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK

The primary drive to write and publish this book came from the desire to free humanity from suffering born of ignorance of the true function of our uncomfortable, distressing, painful feelings. I know from my own personal experiences, as well as my professional work as a psychotherapist for over 50 years, that understanding and utilizing these principles can free humanity from internal conflict and make this world a freer, happier, joyful, creative place for all to live in and share. My intention is to reduce human suffering and the cultural confusion and societal chaos that we presently live in.
